I have ordered this product a total of 3 times. The very first time the beef was delicious! So I ordered it again. I cooked it and gave it to my, incredibly carnivorous toddler, who refused to take more than one bite. I tried it and it had a very strange aftertaste. Needless to say I had to throw out the whole thing. So I ordered it one 3rd and final time, assuming the last one was a fluke. This time I checked the expiration date and it expired 4 months ago. I don't know how it was kept (if frozen, refrigerated, or refrozen) so I had to throw it out. I'm not sure who I need to complain to about getting expired product. This ground beef is quiet a bit more expensive than others so it is really not ok for amazon to be sending me expired stuff!

the picture provided now (the green tube), wasn't what was originally photographed. When it came in, it was as pictured currently with stickers anybody could've slapped on saying organic and local. I've gotten this particular order 3 times and each time it smelled weird and tasted like rubber. :(
