Product Description
Skyr is a traditional thick Icelandic style yogurt that has been made in Iceland for over 1,000 years. We make siggi’s skyr in small batches in New York State working with family farms who grass feed their cows and do not inject them with any kind of growth hormones.

I would have given this one star, but the system would only let me give as little as two (this already makes me suspicious).
The texture was odd and left a bitter taste in my mouth. It felt as though a rubbery film was left behind on my tongue. Maybe a clash between dairy and citrus? Maybe this is a bad batch? (It is well within its expiration date.) I usually love ginger and orange, and had high hopes for this given the high star rating, but I should learn not to trust that.
I also tried the pomegranate and passion fruit flavor, which was even worse, and had the same freaky texture. Definitely going back to Greek yogurt. Don't waste your money on this as I have.

This is the best tasting non-fat yogurt i've ever had!!! Also good thick texture. Orange ginger is such a good mix. I like drizzling a little bit of agave nectar on top to add some sweetness, which makes it even more delociouse!

This is, by far, my favorite flavor of Siggi's. I would never have guessed that this would be the case, but there you have it. I used to vary the flavors that I bought, until I came to the realization that, whatever flavor I pulled out of the fridge, I was always wishing it was orange/ginger. I finally decided to give up the fight & now this is what I order. :)

This yogurt is so thick and creamy, it blows greek yogurt out of the park. Absolutely loved the ginger flavor, but now am eager to try every other one. WOW!!
