Just spicy enough to add a kick and blending chicken/turkey makes it less identifiable as one or the other. I roast in the oven in a container with a bit of water, then pop between toasted ciabatta bread w Dijon mustard. C'est magnifique. I'M GLAD they're skinless--nothing to remember to remove or guess what it is.

Sometimes I get distracted by how tasty the image looks and forget to read the label.
These sausages are actually fully cooked with the casing removed. I typically like to purchase uncooked sausages since they are more versatile - it's easy enough to take the meat out of the casing and add to tomato sauce or scrambled eggs.
Still, these were tasty and I would probably classify them as gourmet hot dogs rather than sausages.

Really good, with just enough spice to make my mouth happy. Thrown in on top of brown basamati in the rice cooker it makes a quick and delicious meal!
