Seattle in 1990 was on the edge of all things culinary and was ready for the elegance and mystique of the world's finest caviar. Seattle Caviar's first wholesale customers were the Four Seasons Hotel, Chef Kerry Sear and Rover's Restaurant, Chef Thierry Rautureau. Through their continued support the company's wholesale business has grown, the online presence has flourished and a continued appreciation for caviar in Seattle has thrived.
