AmazonFresh Promotional Code Terms & Conditions

Please note that these terms and conditions apply to those promotions where you must redeem a promotion code as part of the offer.

Here's how to save:

1. Shop--add the items you want that qualify for the promotion offer to your Shopping Cart.
2. Check out--click the "Proceed to checkout" button, choose a delivery window, enter your shipping information, and select a payment method for the balance of your order.
3. Save--locate and enter the claim code, then proceed with placing your order to get your savings!

• Our promotions are currently limited to one per customer.
• Promotions apply only to a single complete order that is shipping to a single address that meets all other promotional requirements.
• If a promotion requires a minimum purchase order amount, please be certain that you have reached this amount before you enter the promotional code. If you have not reached the minimum order amount when promotional code is entered, you may not receive the promotion.
• Promotional offers are valid for a limited time only. Items placed in your Shopping Cart overnight may not be eligible for promotion at the time of checkout.
• Promotions apply only to AmazonFresh orders and do not apply to any products or orders purchased on Amazon.com are other sites.
• Promotions may not be applied to previous orders.
• Offers may not be combined with other offers, including promotional certificates.
• AmazonFresh reserves the right to cancel or modify our promotions at any time.
• Dollar-off and percentage-off promotion codes are not tied to a specific item. Since promotion codes are not tied to a specific item, sales tax is calculated upon the entire order amount, even if only one item is purchased.
• Please also see the terms and conditions associated with each promotion. To the extent those terms and conditions conflict with those above, the terms and conditions associated with the specific promotion will apply.
• Void where prohibited.
• If you violate any of the Terms and Conditions, the promotion will be invalid, and your order may be cancelled.
